The Planetarium and Observatory are located on the popular Wynyard Woodland Park (formerly the Castle Eden Walkway Country Park) near Thorpe Thewles, Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside in the North-East of England. The park is just outside Stockton on the A177 (Durham Road).
CaDAS meetings are held at the Planetarium, except for October's 'Thomas Wright Trophy Competition, which will usually be held either in Grindon Parish Hall, Thorpe Thewles, or in Durham (see elsewhere on this website once the annual programme of talks has been published).
